Our NEW Basic Hog Menu is an ideal option for smaller/budget parties of up to 30 people where we do all the preparation and cooking off-site and have it delivered to you.   By replacing a chef and waiting on staff with utensils and a chaffing tray this menu option makes it ideal for an alternative cost-effective choice for smaller venue events and functions.

Portobello Mushroom with Halloumi Cheese (v) - £4.50 per head  (minimum order of 10 required)
A large portobello mushroom filled with pesto and garlic mayonnaise topped with halloumi cheese.
 

The Standard Hog Menu

Our Standard Hog Menu includes cooking onsite, a 2-hour serving time with staff providing a  buffet style service,

eco-friendly disposable plates, wooden cutlery, napkins, supply of propane gas, and a heavy-duty 3m x 3m gazebo.

Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of £150 is required for all bookings to secure date of event.

2. Agreed full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to event.

3. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event, will lose their deposit.

4. Any special menu or service requests are required to be ordered no later than 14 days before event.

5. Mileage charges may apply for events over a 10-mile radius from Chorley, Lancashire.
