The Canapé Menu
The Canapé Menu includes the waiting on service of the canapés to your guests using
wooden boards or black slates with the chosen selection from our delicious canapé menu options.
Triple Canape Menu
Choose any 3 options from £12.50 per head (minimum of 35 guests)
Quintuple Canape Menu
Choose any 5 options from £16.50 per head (minimum of 35 guests)
Meat Option
Sticky Beef Brisket Yorkshire Puddings - Low 'n' Slow smoked beef brisket in a barbecue sauce served in a mini pudding.
Haggis & Black Pudding ‘Bon Bons’ - Haggis & Black Pudding balls coated in a bread crumb.
Mini Sausage Pinwheels Lollies - Sausage meat rolled in puff pastry coated in pesto & served on a stick.
Beef Burger Slider - A miniature version of our freshly-made beef burgers served with rocket on a brioche knot slider.
Pulled Pork Slider - A miniature version of our BBQ smoked pulled pork served with appleslaw on a brioche knot slider.
Mini Apricot and Chestnut Sausage Balls - Sausage meat mixed with bread crumbs, apricot and chestnut.
Tandoori Chicken on a Stick - Mini marinated chicken on a skewer served a selection of sweet, spicy and tangy dips

Prawn Twisters - Prawns marinated in herbs and garlic hand rolled in a crispy spring roll pastry.
Smoked Salmon Canapés - A selection of delicious canapés of cream cheese & cucumber,
cream cheese & smoked salmon, and a smoked salmon mousse.
Asian Fusion Option
Vegetable Spring Roll (v) - A delicious spring roll made with fresh vegetables served with a sweet chilli dip.
Indian Selection - A selection of delicious mini vegetable samosas, onion bhajis, aloo tikkas and vegetable pakoras.
Onion Bhaji - A delicious and freshly made authentic mini onion bhaji with a mint & cucumber dip.
Mini Lamb Samosa - Minced lamb and fresh vegetables with a blend of special spices in a crispy pastry.
Vegetarian Option
Crispy Crumb Brie (v) - Individual mini wedged Brie coated in a fine breadcrumb served with a selection of dipping sauces.
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (v) - Lightly crumbed Mozzarella drizzled with balsamic and honey vinaigrette
Terms & Conditions
1. A deposit of £150 is required for all bookings to secure date of event.
2. Agreed full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to event.
3. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event, will lose their deposit.
4. Any special menu or service requests are required to be ordered no later than 14 days before event.
5. Mileage charges may apply for events over a 10-mile radius from Chorley, Lancashire.
